Magnesium oxide setter

The magnesium oxide is used as a refractory under severe condition. Because its melting point (3098K) is the highest in the oxide and it is excellent in thermal conductivity (60W・m-1・K-1).
The magnesium oxide is superior in corrosion resistance in the molten metal.
The magnesium oxide can be used for a lot of metals compared with the aluminum oxide.
Especially, it is suitable for the calcination of PZT.
We can produce the magnesium oxide setter of various densities.
The standard size of our magnesium oxide setter is 160mm×160mm×5mmt(SMG#1,SMG#2),130mm×130mm×5mmt(SMG#3).
We produce the magnesium oxide setter to suit the customers demand.

Zirconium oxide setter

The zirconium oxide is used as a crucible of melting metals.
Because its melting point is the high, thermal conductivity is low and heat insulation capacity is high.
The zirconium oxide is not wet with the molten metal.
Especially, it is suitable for the baking a ferrite electric device.
We can produce the zirconium oxide setter TATECERA®SZR of two kinds of stabilization levels.
The standard size of our zirconium oxide setter is 113mm×113mm×3mmt.
We produce the zirconium oxide to suit the customers demand.
