Hello! Do you have any questions about Tateho Chemical Industrial's products? 😊
Please feel free to ask us about any questions regarding our products.
Particle size control technology for producing particles of various sizes.
Tateho is capable of producing magnesium oxide particles ranging from large to fine sizes, a capability unmatched by other manufacturers. Magnesium oxide particles of several millimeters in size are used in refractory materials for furnaces that melt iron due to their low reactivity with iron. On the other hand, particles of several microns are used in the production of electromagnetic steel sheets, which involve processes that react with iron. Thus, it is a unique material that exhibits completely different properties depending on the particle size
Tateho can produce particles ranging from several centimeters to several tens of microns by crushing magnesium oxide blocks grown through electric melting, and particles ranging from submicron to several microns by precipitating crystals from a liquid. No other manufacturer possesses both of these technologies, allowing us to meet a wide range of customer requirements
Shape control technology for producing particles of various shapes
Tateho can produce magnesium oxide and magnesium hydroxide particles in various shapes, including cubic, plate-like, rod-like, octahedral, and spherical forms. No other manufacturer offers such a wide variety of shapes, allowing us to meet a broad range of customer requirements.
Offering a wide range of products
Tateho offers a wide variety of magnesium oxide materials to meet customer demands. In terms of purity, we provide products ranging from the world’s highest purity of 99.99% to levels suitable for industrial use. Our particle sizes range from submicron powders to formed bodies. Additionally, we offer flame retardants for semiconductor encapsulation materials in the form of magnesium hydroxide.
Furthermore, we apply the technologies developed for magnesium oxide to other materials such as calcium oxide, aluminum oxide, zirconium dioxide, and magnesium aluminate, providing a diverse range of products.
