By making full use of the crystal control technology that we had accumulated over the years, we had produced a non-halogen flame retardant for semiconductor sealing materials, which had been considered difficult to achieve magnesium hydroxide flame retardants. Our company produces it with the system of the quality control based on ISO9001.
ECOMAG® has a special particle shape, it can be highly filled in resin.
ECOMAG® has low impurities, it can be applied to Semiconductor seal materials that cannot use general magnesium hydroxide.
ECOMAG® Z-10 achieves the highest flame retardance, due to its transition metal content.
We have a lineup of ECOMAG® PZ-4 as an affordable and inexpensive flame retardant.
