Tateho Chemical Industry Co., Ltd. completed the acquisition of H.T.C. S.r.l. and Redco
S.r.l.

Tateho Chemical Industry Co., Ltd (Head Office: Ako, Hyogo, Japan; President: Hirofumi
Kurisu) has completed the acquisition of H.T.C. S.r.l.( Via dei Ponticelli, 2, 25040 Brescia,
BS Italy) and Redco S.r.l.( Via Baccanello, 1/B, 24030 Terno D'isola BG Italy) from H.T.-
Ceram S.r.l.(Via dei Ponticelli, 2, 25040 Corte Franca, BS Italia), effective December 19,
2024.

H.T.C. S.r.l. and Redco S.r.l. are companies specializing in the manufacture of ceramics
products.
With this acquisition, Tateho Chemical's ceramics business now consist of four bases:
the Une Plant in Japan, Tateho Ozark Technical Ceramics, Inc. in the United States,
and H.T.C. S.r.l. and Redco S.r.l. in Italy.

With the addition of the two new Italian companies, Tateho Chemical Industry now have
ceramic manufacturing facilities in Asia, in the United States, and in Europe.

These will collaborate on realizing our global business development.
