Features
Magnesium oxide is used as a refractory material under harsh conditions due to its excellent thermal conductivity (53 W・m-1・K-1) and electrical insulation (10 15Ω).
It has excellent corrosion resistance against molten metals and is compatible with a wider range of metals than aluminum oxide.
Furthermore, TATECERA® CMGH uses raw materials with 99.99% magnesium oxide purity, resulting in minimal impurities and reducing the risk of impurity contamination from crucibles. It also has a dense structure that prevents the passage of steam and other substances.
